They say the NZ Employment market is highly skewed.  People with skills and talent are still needed to fill the SKILLS GAP in order to increase productivity.

Companies can only reduce their overheads to a point before they need to start re-hiring, re-stocking.

Where there's a downturn there's an upturn!
